Police reported a three-vehicle crash on the Southern State Parkway, with one vehicle being a school bus. It happened on Thursday, Oct. 26 in Hempstead. Just after 3 p.m., the two cars and the school bus — carrying seven children and one driver — crashed into each other near Exit 19 on the westbound side, according to New York State Police.
