Blinking orange light on dell computer

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my Dell Inspiron 15 laptop. It shows 3 orange and 6 white LED lights. Sometimes, when I adjust the screen, it works and starts up, but most of the time, it displays the 3 orange and 6 white blinking lights.

The Dell logo appears, and the front LED flashes white or orange, but it never goes beyond that.
