I don't really buy this. My experience with shotguns are hunting and shooting skeet Remington 870 WM and 11/87. I have owned both for over 20 years. I rarely even clean them. The reason for Kel-Tec's caution on low-brass shells is a known problem with low-brass shells often being "budget" types, especially the Winchester 2 3/4 inch bulk pack low-brass loads sold by Walmart. These are notorious for causing shells to stick in chambers, especially on budget shotguns like the Remington Express, Mossberg 500 …
