I am at the first radio tower, and loaded the holotape, transferred the music, which went fine. I need to get it to play the new music, but I have have gone through the terminal menus about 50 times and cannot figure out how to make that happen.You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing Rust Devils. Newly spawned Rust Devils should work as intended. Rust Devils wear a variety of outfits with different camos and headwear.
