38 weeks 4 cm dilated

I was 3cm dilated at 36 weeks with my last and gave birth exactly at 37 weeks. and this time I've been dilated 3cm since at least 36 weeks and I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow. Dr thinks I'll go any second, I'm having contractions pretty much constantly 30 min apart but I think that the baby is going to just be stubborn and wait 3 more weeks.
