How to turn off alienware lights

Alienware AW3423DW randomly turning off and back on again. Tech Support. I've had this monitor for about a week and a half and only just started having this problem a couple days ago. The monitor will randomly turn off, disconnect, switch my second monitor to main (normal behavior), turn on and reconnect--all within the span of a few seconds.
