Harbor breeze fan not working but light works

The fan operates correctly, but the lights are not working. 1.The light kit wire plugs are not connected properly. Ensure the single-pin connectors are properly secured. 2. There is a faulty wire connection. Turn the power off and check all connections at the ceiling outlet box. Remote control does not work.

The blue wire is for the light kit, and the black from the fan is for the fan motor. If only one wall switch is involved, we connect black and blue from the fan to black from the ceiling.
