Weaning off 12.5 mg metoprolol

Metoprolol, low BP, and a hospital stay. To preface I have been on metoprolol (extended release) for a little over 3 months. I started at 12.5 mg and moved to 25 mg. The metoprolol has been helpful to lower my HR and help with adrenaline dumps. I notice I am a lot more tired but that's it as far as side effects.

I'm tapering it down with the Ashton Manual, for the second time. So far so good, I don't plan to come off of it entirely, just get it down to something more reasonable.
